This time I decided to eat with my friend on his birthday. It is a high expense for retail investors, but overall it is recommended to friends who want to celebrate.
It can almost be said to be the hot pot version of the king. The most special thing is that the overall dining atmosphere is comfortable, and the service is very friendly. You will feel that the atmosphere is good before eating.
What surprised me the most was that the waiter helped cook the dishes. It turns out that you can also ask someone to serve you when cooking cabbage.
For our main meal, we chose the seafood platter and Matsusaka pork. The distribution of fat in Matsusaka pork is really amazing. I don’t usually eat pork and I like it very much. Maybe it’s paired with the refreshing citrus soy sauce. The combination of garlic and mashed radish tastes just right.
The freshness of the seafood platter is 9 points. Although it is not as fresh as what you get at the harbor, there is no fishy smell. I think it is very delicious with their refreshing stock, and you can taste the taste of different kinds of seafood (the types of seafood are their selected).
The most famous thing about this restaurant is that the soup at the end is cooked into porridge. Because the seafood is cooked until the end, the soup becomes super delicious. I think the porridge is very unique. I rarely eat such thick porridge outside. There was originally a bit of space, but by now I should have been defeated and super full.
I originally chose two desserts, but because it was my birthday and the waiter was so kind (I wonder if everyone has this benefit?), I was very satisfied anyway.
Although the price is high-end for a hot pot, I personally think it is novel and surprising in terms of experience. If you eat this hot pot with a creative cooking mood, it should be in line with your expectations.
