I often hear people mention the color orange, and many people gather near the restaurant at night.
I wanted to come and check it out, so I made a reservation for 5pm.
(It is more convenient to make a reservation directly by phone for same-day reservation~
I came to my seat in Hall 1 today.
I feel that the seat arrangement is quite mysterious. Although it is in the aisle, there will not be many people passing by to disturb me. It is just the waiters passing by.
But it's still a little less concealed than a private room.
The ordering method is mainly a set meal per person, and then you can order other favorite ingredients individually.
Today I ordered their Japanese top quality Wagyu beef set meal and Japanese Kuroge Wagyu tendon set meal.
The set meal includes appetizers, main dishes and desserts.
For the staple food, you can choose to cook porridge~
I chose asparagus and tofu as an appetizer. I couldn’t see where the asparagus was, but I really have to praise the tofu. The texture is very soft like pudding when you bite it, and then there is a strong egg flavor. The tofu is delicious alone, and paired with them The Japanese style sauce is so refreshing🩵

The dishes on the plate are quite average, but they are all vegetables that are so strong and fresh🥬

The soup is a very light and not salty kombu soup. When eaten with green vegetables, it becomes a very refreshing vegetable soup, but as it cooks, it becomes like a Japanese oden!
Next up is today’s star, our Wagyu beef slices!
Japan's top quality Wagyu beef is taken from the rib eye and tastes very soft and tender. Although there are only four pieces, it is quite oily, so it will be quite greasy after eating four pieces, but the taste of the beef is still very fragrant and good. eat!
The other part of the tendon has the texture of beef, with relatively less oil, and is less likely to get greasy~
Although Orange is a more sophisticated hot pot route, I think their service is just right. They don’t serve at all the tables. When chatting with friends, you have to worry about the waiters listening. But because of this, you have to control the time when cooking meat. I like to cook the beef until it is still light pink in the middle, and the taste and aroma are just right😍

For seafood, I ordered clams and fresh fish fillets. The fish fillets are a combination of three different types. Some fish skins have a lot of gelatin, which gives them different tastes. The seafood is very fresh~

It’s almost the second half of the meal when you can start cooking the porridge, but I’m so full that it’s hard to tell how delicious the porridge is hahaha
Just remember that after cooking so many things, the porridge will not be too salty and you can taste the fragrance of the rice~

For dessert, I chose the signature almond tofu, which tastes like mochi soaked in water! The sugar water just enhances the flavor, it won’t be too sweet to take away the flavor of the almonds, but I personally prefer caramel pudding~

Overall, I will list this restaurant as a place to visit again, but I will probably try other meat items~
(I have no interest in seafood hahahaha

The menu is still very high-quality, and the sauce plate is already ready when it comes to the table.
The waiter will help arrange the pots beautifully.

I really like the fried shrimp served, it tastes like salty crispy chicken!

先說「橘色涮涮鍋」沒有什麼生日優惠🤪不過當天詢問店員之後 店員有招待一小盤雞翅 好吃😋! 橘色肉品可以單點 也可以點套餐~ 套餐有:主菜、開胃前菜、總和菜盤、粥跟甜點 當天點了兩個主餐 本來想說肉會不會吃不夠 想要再加點一盤肉 結果店員說兩個人這樣應該蠻夠吃 結果當天吃超飽! 好險當天沒加點🤣 菜盤品項還蠻多的欸! 新鮮蔬菜份量蠻多 也有一些火鍋料~ 店員會幫你下菜盤 吃完我覺得就蠻飽了🤣 主菜我們點美國頂級小牛排跟御海海鮮 我覺得小牛排份量不多 肉質很軟嫩、厚度也剛好 牛味不重~蠻好吃 但以這個價格沒有吃起來表現特別突出🤣 海鮮倒是蠻大一盤 也很豐盛 海鮮也是店員幫忙著 吃起來都很新鮮! 推海鮮 最後店家還會幫煮粥~ 所有料都吃完之後 把飯丟下去煮到湯底乾 超級好吃! 推薦大家要留胃給海鮮粥🥰 整體而言我覺得服務蠻不錯的 海鮮也好吃~ 但是價格真的蠻高🤣

今天難得預定到了號稱涮涮鍋界的LV-橘色涮涮屋,吃完發現了已經有兩位大大的評論,要來逆風給個三星哈哈,給三星原因是因為他的澳洲M9和牛肩卷真的很好吃!煮完還是很嫩這讓他提升了一顆星! 這家真的很夯,訂位的時侯剩下吧檯位置,坐吧檯差異是個人鍋,然後坐高腳椅,不過吧檯有設計可以踩的地方所以坐起來蠻舒適的。 兩點小技巧可以使用: 1.兩人的話一個人點套餐就可以了,菜部分蠻多的兩個人夠分,前菜甜點沒點套餐還是會給,因此只差在250元一個菜盤。 2.單點肉部分可以點半份,讓你享受更多選擇。(店員還很好奇為什麼我們知道可以點半份🤣,蠻多網路分享都有寫的) 前菜部分點了和風蘆筍豆腐,豆腐蠻有雞蛋味的!還蠻推的,當天的主廚前菜是山藥芥末,搭配起來蠻好吃的!喜歡山藥的黏液感蠻推薦的! 附餐的部分今天都點白飯,忘記應該點麵,看到服務員再製作扮麵,看起來蠻好吃的!白飯上面有灑芝麻海苔還不錯!及格! 肉的部分前面提到,和牛真的超讚!預算不夠點這個1550價位就非常夠了!這家真的是來吃牛的,不吃牛者建議避開🤣。 本次主要降低評分是在他的松阪豬和梅花羊,梅花羊還不錯但沒到驚豔的部分,松阪豬應該是因為太薄了,所以煮起來有點硬加上肉味沒有松阪豬那種那種高級感。(個人建議可以詢問店家能不能幫煮) 海鮮原本有想點來問過,價位蠻高的而且只能買一隻,當天一隻要到五六千,多人比較適合點! 調酒部分蠻便宜的一杯250元,喝起來滿像梅酒highbar,中規中矩~ 個人推薦可以來嘗試看看,但同樣預算我會推薦去王品的旬嚐,搭配王品的股東券,一個人均價大概1700可以吃到一樣等級的和牛加上龍蝦,有龍蝦肝在煮粥上優秀很多! 阿米美食分享記,我們下次見!

這次狠下心朋友生日陪他一起吃,對散戶來說算是高消費,但整體來說推薦給要慶祝的朋友體驗。幾乎可以說是火鍋版的王品,最特別的其實是整體的用餐氛圍是舒適的,加上服務是親切度很高的走向,在用餐之前就會感覺到氣氛是好的。 最讓我驚訝的是,菜盤也是服務生幫忙煮的,原來煮高麗菜也可以請人服務。 我們的主餐是選擇海鮮拼盤、松阪豬,松阪豬的油花分布真的是很神奇,平常不太吃豬肉的我覺得很喜歡,可能又搭上他的醬料是清爽的柑橘醬油,並有蒜頭跟蘿蔔泥搭配的口味很剛好。 海鮮拼盤的新鮮度是9分,雖然沒有海港吃到的新鮮,但是沒什麼腥味搭配他們清爽的高湯我覺得是很美味的,並可以吃到不同種海鮮的味道(海鮮的種類是他們挑選的)。 這一家最有名的就是最後的湯頭會煮成粥,因為海鮮煮到最後湯頭變得超級好喝,我自己覺得粥煮起來很有特色,平常在外面很少吃到這麼濃的粥,如果肚子本來有點空間,到這裡應該會被擊敗了,超飽。 甜點的部分本來是選兩個,但是因為生日的關係加上服務生好心招待(不知道是不是每個人都有這種好處?)但總之非常滿足。 雖然價位以火鍋來說是高級版,但體驗上,我個人覺得是新奇驚喜的,若是以創意料理的心情來吃這家火鍋應該是會符合期待的。
