Today I enjoyed a large bowl of signature noodles, beef noodles, radish and beef broth, and a plate of free-choice braised vegetables. The total cost was about 600 yuan. I was in a good mood that day and accidentally ate too much.

According to personal habits, I still choose thin noodles with a delicate taste.
The signature noodles are butter and sesame sauce noodles. The rich sesame sauce aroma goes well with the butter, but if you don’t eat it quickly, the sesame sauce can easily make the noodles so thick that they won’t melt. Of course, this is not the store’s problem 😂

The beef noodle soup is rich but not overly seasoned. It tastes very smooth. Each piece of beef is not small and tastes quite tender.

For the radish and beef clear soup, whole pieces of white radish are added to the beef noodle soup base. It seems that the whole piece of white radish is added to the soup, but in fact, the store has already cut it. You can simply eat the radish piece by piece with chopsticks.

The abundant braised vegetables can be said to be another highlight of the restaurant.
For braised vegetables, I chose pig's feet, beef tendons, dried tofu, kelp, and chicken feet.
The combination of the aroma of the marinade and the braised vegetables plus some spices fills the mouth with a sense of happiness.

It's a pity that the store uses bone-in marinating method for the pig's feet and chicken feet. However, the pig's feet are very soft and translucent, and the bones and meat are relatively easy to separate. But there is really nothing that can be done about the chicken feet 😂

Overall, the meal was very satisfying. Although the portion ordered was a bit luxurious, which resulted in a higher price, if you want a reasonably priced meal, this place can definitely satisfy your needs.

It is a good store worth visiting many times and I recommend it to everyone.
