We both ordered Sichuan pepper sesame sauce noodles for $85, but one of us chose thin noodles and the other chose knife-shaped noodles.
The chewy texture of the noodles is great, especially the knife-shaped noodles. If paired with Sichuan pepper sesame sauce noodles, I personally think that the knife-shaped noodles are more elastic and delicious than thin noodles.
The contents of the noodles are very simple, except for the noodles, which are just shredded cucumbers and carrots. The main flavor of the noodles is sesame sauce. The tofu skin is served cold and has a smoky flavor. Every time it is served, I will eat some tofu skin as an appetizer.
