This ramen shop offers high-quality ramen at affordable prices, with signature salt flavor and miso soy sauce options. The broth is refreshing, and the chashu pork and chicken slices are tender in texture. It also comes with recommended side dishes such as golden pickled vegetables and soft-boiled eggs, which pair very well with the ramen.
This store is located in the city center and gives a high-price stereotype impression, but the actual prices are very affordable. The atmosphere inside the store is pleasantly surprising.
The in-store service is efficient, the staff are friendly and attentive, making the dining experience enjoyable.

Actually, I didn't originally plan to come here for ramen.
I was curious because I saw that this shop in other counties always has long lines.
So, since we were passing by and it had just opened with fewer people, I thought I’d give it a try!
Inside the store, there are two types of noodles for the ramen: Haoyi and Licheng.
Haoyi has a softer texture, while Licheng noodles are a bit firmer and can hold the broth better, requiring an additional charge of 15 NTD.
So today I ordered:
⭐️ Salt-flavored ramen (noodles: Haoyi) 💰165
The refreshing broth along with the toppings (seaweed, red onion, green onion, baby bok choy, plum blossom pork, chicken breast)
made it easy to eat, and it wasn't so salty that I couldn't drink the broth.
⭐️ Miso ramen (noodles: Haoyi) 💰185
The miso broth is a bit saltier than the salt flavor, but I still ended up finishing all the broth.
⭐️ Homemade golden jade (baby bok choy) 💰55
Pickled baby bok choy is something I’ve never seen before.
It has a fresh, crunchy texture and is a delicious side dish!
Overall,
it’s a tasty ramen shop.
Next time, I’ll try other flavors!
So far, I still find it amazing that a shop that looks nothing like typical Taitung style is located in the city center's prime area. Every time I walk by, I have a stereotype that this shop must be very expensive. But when I went in and looked at the menu, I was shocked to find that it was much cheaper than I imagined—one bowl of ramen costs only two NT$100 bills! It's truly a great value for money.
This shop doesn’t have many ramen options; you can choose between signature flavors like salt and miso soy sauce, but there are two different types of noodles from different suppliers—one type is more absorbent of broth, while the other is springy. The broth is somewhat like chicken white soup, but not as rich; it leans toward a lighter, refreshing type. With a few slices of nori, as well as very tender and sweet char siu pork slices and chicken slices, it feels quite hearty!
In addition to the noodles, there are also a few simple yet unbeatable side dishes, among which the golden kimchi and soft-boiled eggs are highly recommended to pair with ramen.
Moreover, this ramen shop is part of a chain throughout Taiwan. The next time you pass by this ramen shop, don’t hesitate to go in!
