Actually, I didn't originally plan to come here for ramen.
I was curious because I saw that this shop in other counties always has long lines.
So, since we were passing by and it had just opened with fewer people, I thought I’d give it a try!
Inside the store, there are two types of noodles for the ramen: Haoyi and Licheng.
Haoyi has a softer texture, while Licheng noodles are a bit firmer and can hold the broth better, requiring an additional charge of 15 NTD.
So today I ordered:
⭐️ Salt-flavored ramen (noodles: Haoyi) 💰165
The refreshing broth along with the toppings (seaweed, red onion, green onion, baby bok choy, plum blossom pork, chicken breast)
made it easy to eat, and it wasn't so salty that I couldn't drink the broth.
⭐️ Miso ramen (noodles: Haoyi) 💰185
The miso broth is a bit saltier than the salt flavor, but I still ended up finishing all the broth.
⭐️ Homemade golden jade (baby bok choy) 💰55
Pickled baby bok choy is something I’ve never seen before.
It has a fresh, crunchy texture and is a delicious side dish!
Overall,
it’s a tasty ramen shop.
Next time, I’ll try other flavors!
