The meals mainly consist of Shaanxi meat sandwiches and steamed rice rolls. The bread for the meat sandwich is handmade by the owner, and the taste is decent. There are many varieties of steamed rice rolls; the shrimp and egg rice rolls are steamed quickly and taste good, while the pork, onion, and cumin flavor is more popular.
The snacks under the arcade are only available for takeout across the three branches. There seems to be a hidden version of a vegetable dish. They specialize in Shaanxi-style "Rou Jia Mo" (meat sandwich) and rice rolls. The "Rou Jia Mo" features a pancake made by the owner, which takes some time to pan-fry fresh upon order. The flavors include pork, onions, and cumin, which are quite acceptable. The rice rolls have various flavors, and the fresh shrimp egg rice roll is steamed quickly after ordering. It has a generous serving of shrimp (four pieces), but the egg and vegetables feel comparatively less. Overall, it's pretty tasty, and the homemade chili is indeed spicy.
