That evening, it was quite crowded on a weekday, providing open-air seating in the pavilion and two tables indoors. The open kitchen design allows for a clear view of the cooking process. The indoor seating area was somewhat warmer, and the pavilion was filled with lanterns, creating a very atmospheric vibe.

The kidney has a chewy yet crisp texture, and tastes great with homemade garlic soy sauce. The pig liver is also very tender and not grainy.
