What I enjoyed today was duck blood stinky tofu ramen with tofu, cold stinky tofu with a stinky noodle, and roselle winter melon, totaling 200 yuan.

Duck blood stinky tofu ramen: quite authentic seasoning method, and the taste is also quite traditional.
Stinky tofu is the traditional type cut into squares. It has a tender texture and is porous to absorb soup. It is quite delicious when paired with rich spicy soup.
