AI Spot Summary

Kyoto Gyoza's Wang Shou offers consistent Japanese-style Chinese cuisine, with Tianjin fried rice being more delicious than other Taiwanese versions, and the tea drinks are sweet and refreshing. Although the oil-drizzled chicken is somewhat disappointing, the flavors of the stir-fried pig liver with chives and the pan-fried gyoza provide reassurance.

The restaurant environment is spacious and comfortable, making it suitable for dining before or after commuting. It's especially enjoyable for friends dining alone who can easily savor the food. There are many diners on weekends, but there are chairs available for waiting in line, which is satisfying.

The staff is friendly and efficient, the restaurant offers self-service ordering, providing a diverse menu selection for a better dining experience for customers.

I came to Uni-President Times Department Store for dinner today. When I was thinking about what to eat, I found this restaurant "Kyoto Gyoza no King" hidden in the corner. When I walked in, the store was surprisingly spacious and the menu was also very diverse! Halfway through the meal, I suddenly felt that Japan has many exotic dishes that combine its own characteristics, which is very interesting😚
And this Kyoto Gyoza King is like a Chinese cuisine fused with Japanese characteristics. The taste is not biased towards Japanese style, but it has the feeling of being the best in a Chinese restaurant!

Today’s meal is~
Tianjin rice (small) $120
Wang Jiang Fried Rice (Small) $120
Wangjiang Fried Dumplings (6 pieces) $75

Tianjin rice is like a gorgeous egg risotto, except that the egg part is made using the omelette rice method. It is spread on the rice and topped with a rich and smooth sauce. It is quite good!

Wang Jiang Fried Rice actually tastes like Guangzhou Fried Rice in my opinion. The grains are distinct and dry, and the aroma is very obvious. Those who like their fried rice to be drier will find it good!

Finally, let’s try their signature dumplings🥟. The fried dumplings have very thin skin and taste relatively dry. The fillings are pretty solid and the aroma is not particularly outstanding! There are also pepper, soy sauce, vinegar and red oil on the side to match, which is quite good.

To sum up, this Kyoto Gyoza No. 1 restaurant is a relatively decent Japanese-Chinese cuisine. If you have experience, you may consider it.

There are always a few restaurants on everyone's list. The taste is not very top-notch, but it is just a little better than ordinary.
They are stable and always taste the same.

So, when you want to eat a certain kind of cuisine, you won't take risks and feel safe by choosing this restaurant.

The king of dumplings in Kyoto is just such a restaurant.

Located near the Taipei MRT City Hall Station, it is very suitable for eating before and after commuting.
Single seating is also great for dining alone.

I have always seen in comics that Japanese people often order fried pork liver with leeks when eating Chinese food. After reading it for a long time, I wanted to try it. After ordering it for the first time, I ordered it several times.

The pork liver is moist and doesn't have the smell of pork liver that many people are afraid of. The seasoning is okay and it feels like home-cooked stir-fry.
Although it's not particularly delicious, I just want to order it occasionally, and then I think about why I always order this...

If you want dumplings, of course you should order dumplings
But to be honest, it just tastes like small fried dumplings, and the taste is just average. Japanese dumplings are meant to be served with rice. If you think about it carefully, this seasoning is indeed more suitable with rice.

If the fried pork liver with dumplings and leeks is not amazing, but I will still order it, then the fried chicken... I will not order it again.

It looks very strong on the outside, but tastes nothing like that.
It's not right to say it's bland. The oil-soaked chicken won't be bland, but it's the kind of awkward heat and seasoning that's neither good nor low, so you can just pass it by.

I still come here when I want Japanese-Chinese food
I still order fried dumplings and pork liver with chives.
But let’s give the fried chicken to the next person.

(The rest of the dishes are given three stars, and the fried chicken is given one star)
