I came to Uni-President Times Department Store for dinner today. When I was thinking about what to eat, I found this restaurant "Kyoto Gyoza no King" hidden in the corner. When I walked in, the store was surprisingly spacious and the menu was also very diverse! Halfway through the meal, I suddenly felt that Japan has many exotic dishes that combine its own characteristics, which is very interesting😚
And this Kyoto Gyoza King is like a Chinese cuisine fused with Japanese characteristics. The taste is not biased towards Japanese style, but it has the feeling of being the best in a Chinese restaurant!

Today’s meal is~
Tianjin rice (small) $120
Wang Jiang Fried Rice (Small) $120
Wangjiang Fried Dumplings (6 pieces) $75

Tianjin rice is like a gorgeous egg risotto, except that the egg part is made using the omelette rice method. It is spread on the rice and topped with a rich and smooth sauce. It is quite good!

Wang Jiang Fried Rice actually tastes like Guangzhou Fried Rice in my opinion. The grains are distinct and dry, and the aroma is very obvious. Those who like their fried rice to be drier will find it good!

Finally, let’s try their signature dumplings🥟. The fried dumplings have very thin skin and taste relatively dry. The fillings are pretty solid and the aroma is not particularly outstanding! There are also pepper, soy sauce, vinegar and red oil on the side to match, which is quite good.

To sum up, this Kyoto Gyoza No. 1 restaurant is a relatively decent Japanese-Chinese cuisine. If you have experience, you may consider it.

偶然經過統一中心,發現日本知名連鎖中華料理店餃子王將竟然在台北開了分店, 因為曾經在日本有吃過,感覺不錯,所以就決定試試台北分店。 店面雖然偏大,但假日用餐時間,人還蠻多,但這家分店設有椅子,所以基本上都是坐着排隊,這點真的很讚。 坐了一陣子後,就入座,店裡採自助點餐,選了日式中華理料名菜天津炒飯。 王將的茶蠻捧的,是喝了有一點點回甘的茶,清甜爽口。 至於主菜方面,也是有在水準中,比起其他台灣所做的天津飯,還是好食很多,但價格偏高就是了。

每個人的名單中,總有幾間店,它的味道也不是非常頂尖,但就是比普通還要好吃一點。它們勝在穩定,味道一直都是那樣。 於是,當你想吃某種特定料理時,選這間店就不會冒險,很有安全感。 京都 餃子的王將,就是這樣的一間店。 位於台北 捷運市府站附近,很適合通勤前後吃。 單人座位也很適合獨自用餐。 以前在漫畫總是看到,日本人吃中華料理時常點韭菜炒豬肝,看久了也想吃吃看,第一次點了後,又於是點了好幾次。 豬肝算濕潤,沒有很多人害怕的豬肝味,調味還行,有點家常熱炒的感覺。 雖沒特別好吃,但就是偶爾會想點來吃,然後又想著為什麼我總是要點這道...... 來餃子的王將,當然要點餃子 但說實話,吃起來就是小顆的煎餃,味道一般般,日本的餃子是拿來配飯的,仔細想想,這調味也的確較適合下飯就是。 如果說餃子跟韭菜炒豬肝,沒有驚豔但還是會點來吃,那麼油淋雞...就是不會再點了。 外觀看起來很強烈,吃起來完全不是那麼一回事 要說清淡也不對,油淋雞不會清淡到哪去,但就是那種不上不下,很尷尬的火候與調味,可以直接Pass。 當我想吃日式中華料理時,我還是會來這裡 也還是會點煎餃跟韭菜豬肝 但油淋雞,還是讓給下面一位吧。 (其餘菜色三顆星,油淋雞一顆星)
