The chicken soup options are diverse. The mushroom free-range chicken soup is fresh and sweet but somewhat light. The free-range chicken meat is a bit tough. The chicken soup with peeled chili has a moderate sweet and spicy flavor. The sesame oil dry noodles taste good but are a bit salty. The tofu has an ordinary flavor.

"The Chicken Superb Grain Health Soup - Shuanglian Store" is located near Shuanglian Station, about a 2-minute walk from Exit 2. The place is not big, seating about 12 customers, and it seems to be doing pretty well, as I saw quite a few delivery riders coming in to pick up orders during my visit.
"The Chicken Superb Grain Health Soup - Shuanglian Store" specializes in various flavors of chicken soup, including sesame oil, shiitake mushroom, garlic, and pickled chili peppers, along with options for bass soup and milkfish soup.
Shiitake Chicken Soup $180 + Cabbage $20
You can also choose other greens, which I think is very thoughtful. If you don't eat a lot, a bowl of chicken soup with cabbage makes for a perfect meal. The chicken soup itself is quite fresh and sweet, although I find it a bit too light in flavor. The shiitake mushrooms are small and plentiful, which is nice! There are plenty of pieces of free-range chicken, but I find the meat a bit tough, though still acceptable. The only irritating thing is that every piece is cut very small, making it difficult to eat. I really want to suggest to the restaurant to cut the pieces larger; otherwise, with bones involved, it’s hard to know how to go about eating it.
The cabbage is also cooked okay, maintaining a crisp texture without becoming too soft.
I also tried the pickled chili chicken soup ordered by my family, which was very sweet with a slight spicy kick. I found it really delicious!
Sesame Oil Dry Vermicelli $35
When it arrived, I thought, "Wow, this is way too oily!" It felt like the vermicelli was completely submerged in sesame oil, which was a bit shocking. However, once the oil was absorbed by the noodles, it became less soggy. I think the sesame oil vermicelli is salty and delicious, and those who aren’t afraid of oil should enjoy it, though I found it a bit too salty after a while...
Tofu (3 pieces) $25
The tofu came whole, not cut, served as three intact pieces. I think it was average and didn’t absorb the flavor very well. It's optional to order.
P.S. If you like spicy food, I highly recommend dipping it in the restaurant's chili sauce; it’s really refreshing!
