氣氛整個就是趕趕趕🏃精簡的白色設計 佐敦站出來走沒多久就到了 點了花生醬多士$18港幣 醬給的爆多啊‼️麵包感覺烤一下而已 檀島咖啡$24港幣我覺得沒什麼咖啡的味道蠻解膩 蛋白燉鮮奶$33港幣(冰) 網路大家推薦結果我覺得很普通 蛋味蠻重的口感特別 - #蔬食

這間是香港澳洲牛奶公司很有名、也真的很多人 一進門就要快狠準地點餐,不太有時間猶豫 我們一開始還沒坐穩,店員就來催點餐了 有種「你來吃可以,但請快點」的感覺 但也就是這種效率感,讓人覺得蠻有趣的 這次點了三樣: 西多士 厚片吐司煎得金黃酥脆,中間放上一塊冰牛油 一上桌就開始融,配上桌上的糖漿 每一口都是甜、油、酥交錯,熱量爆表但很好吃 外層脆脆的,裡面還是保留吐司的鬆軟感 這個如果餓的時候吃,真的會一口接一口停不下來 杏汁燉蛋 本來有點怕杏仁味太重,但這個完全剛好 口感滑得像豆花,但更細緻 甜度可以自己加糖漿調整,不會膩 吃完嘴裡會留一點杏仁的清香,意外地普通 檀島咖啡 是咖啡不是奶茶,味道很重 苦味明顯但順,沒有什麼甜味 喝下去馬上清醒 配著甜點剛好,把嘴巴的甜味壓掉一點 這種老派茶餐廳的魅力就是這樣 服務不會特別親切,但也不會沒禮貌 整體就是一個:吃完就走、翻桌率超高的節奏感 有些地方就是這樣 不是特別舒適,但就是很香港

和朋友一起吃完煲飯後,一起來朝聖一下這家店。現在的人潮已經沒有像以前那麼的多,而且店員的態度也都還算客氣,沒有像以前一樣非常直接。 因為本身滿喜歡吃奶酪類的東西,所以這次吃的除了來香港一定要喝的凍檸茶,還有燉奶。燉奶的口味還不錯,帶點牛奶的甜味,不過目前吃到最好吃的還是蓮香樓的椰子燉奶,盛裝燉奶的是一個帶著椰子肉的椰子殼,兩者相輔相成,可以混搭著吃。 凍檸茶則有一般的水準,檸檬帶點苦味,但是還滿搭配他的紅茶。朋友點的雙蛋吉多士,配上奶油也是很順口好吃,真的滿適合當早餐的。 整體而言,用餐空間雖然不大,但很有港片那個年代的氛圍,如果喜歡體驗香港較在地飲茶可以來這邊試試,但如果需要排隊就沒那麼建議。因為其他地方同樣也可以有一樣好吃的東西。
