A famous old store in Ji'an Township.
Although the location is remote and the store is not small, there was still an endless stream of customers during meal time, and we even had to wait a little for a table.
Located between Ji'an and Shoufeng, it has accumulated high praise from many local regular customers and foreign tourist gourmets. The store is quite simple but really neat. Although the clerk is busy, he is still friendly and makes people have a good impression of the store.

Today I had big braised noodles, fried noodles with three delicacies, beef soup, mapo tofu and pig's trotter jelly. The big braised noodles and fried noodles use the same kind of noodles, which are chewy and chewy.

The balance of the ingredients and thickening of the braised noodles is very good, and it is rich in flavor without making people feel too greasy.

Fried noodles are a specialty of this restaurant. After the noodles are fragrant in the frying pan, they are served together with the prepared three delicacies. Of course, they are most delicious when eaten hot, otherwise they will become greasy after cooling, which will be a pity for a good dish. .

The beef soup is a rare spinach and beef brisket soup. I ordered a large bowl. Under the strong beef flavor, there are fresh and sweet vegetable flavors and the aroma of the braised soup base. The sauce is thick and even slightly thick. You can imagine that it looks like it. How much work goes into that simple broth.

Probably because the style of Mapo Tofu is Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine, it does not have a strong spicy flavor and is replaced by sweetness. Whether you like it or not is a matter of opinion.

The pig's feet jelly melts in your mouth. The moment you put it in your mouth, the shredded pork and cooked garlic slowly emerge from the jelly. The texture and seasoning are both rough and rich. Feel the texture and aroma that melt in your mouth carefully. , it is recommended that everyone should try it.

Jellied pig's feet is 50, and the remaining four dishes are 640.
The price is not too low in Hualien, but it is a common price in Taipei, and there is nothing special about it.
The five-course dishes are generous and even a little laborious to eat. The provincial-style restaurant is never afraid of customers eating, just afraid that customers will not be full.
If you order the beef soup in a small bowl, it should be much easier to eat.

As long as you are visiting Hualien, the mainland noodle shop is worth a special trip.

信義路上有名的江浙菜餐廳(有獲米其林推薦),想用餐的人可以先確定想點的菜需不需要先預訂。我們此次有先預訂以下三道菜:先知鴨/生菜蝦鬆/素黃雀 🦆先知鴨;是餐廳阿姨推薦的,其實就是烤嫩鴨。口味真的還蠻不錯的,有入味、鴨肉不柴,皮也算烤到蠻脆的,多人用餐建議可以點來試試看。(想吃炸的則可以考慮香酥鴨) 🦐生菜蝦鬆:因為我個人不吃芹菜,吃得蠻痛苦的,但蝦鬆挺好吃~ 🐦素黃雀:是江浙名菜,餡料有先炒過後用腐衣包裹,最後再下鍋紅燒,蠻特別的~但對我來說並不是會想一吃再吃的料理,嚐鮮即可。 以下是當日點的菜 🍤菠菜蝦仁:這道菜真的好貴啊 $730,波菜好吃、蝦仁也好吃,份量不小但真的在這種傳統餐廳,有蝦的料理真的都偏貴。 ✨蒜鹹肉菜飯:當天吃下來最推薦的,菜飯非常香,阿姨會問要不要加蒜鹹肉,如果不吃葷的也可以點菜飯就好! 清蒸臭豆腐:蠻臭的還不錯 百果靠白菜:我不敢吃百果,有點像台式滷白菜的感覺但勾芡更多 蘿蔔蛤蠣湯:很普,不用點 結論:五個人吃下來真的不太便宜,這種桌菜餐廳建議還是多人一起吃,其實有些我們沒點到的菜都蠻有名的,因人數真的點不到那麼多。 並不是會真的想再來的餐廳,對我來說蠻沒有記憶點的,不過他有米其林推薦喔!!😂 除非家庭用餐可以列為考慮~

開開看江浙小吃位於西門町附近的漢中街的小巷子中,是當地開了超過70年的浙江菜餐廳。如果要造訪店家,從長沙路二段9號轉進去比較方便。 今天外帶了砂鍋醃鮮、嗆蟹、辣椒肉、油燜筍、雪菜毛豆,合計約1000元。 砂鍋醃鮮: 醃鮮又名醃篤鮮,是標準的江浙功夫菜。 醃是代表醃過的老肉,現在大多用火腿來取代。 鮮則是豬肉片,篤的意思就跟粵菜煲湯一樣,就是用小火去燉煮湯頭。 開開看的醃篤鮮除了豬肉與火腿之外,還有大量的豆皮跟一包粉絲。 外帶會讓客人帶乾燥的粉絲回家自己泡開。 湯頭口味並不會太重,是一種很溫潤舒暢的肉鮮,讓溫暖與鮮甜在喉頭與胃中化開的感受。 嗆蟹: 跟近年台北流行的韓式生醃有些不同,用辛香料醃製後再加入高濃度的醃酒 (通常是紹興或高粱)。 除了酒香相當濃郁之外,也讓生醃系列容易出現的寄生蟲傷害降到最低。 冰凍出菜,外帶回家解凍的差不多,正是入味入胃的好時機。 蟹肉蟹膏的鮮甜與蒜頭、辣椒、酒等交織出的些許酸香,入口即化又有一點冰淇淋的口感,很有趣,值得一試。 辣椒肉: 標準上海盆頭菜之一,在辣椒中細心的鑲滿了碎肉,吃起來相當紮實。 而尾韻中帶有些許辣味,不會太辣,怕辣的人也可以享受。 油燜筍: 筍片口感絲滑,油香嫩非常美味。 纖維皆有細心挑選,吃起來非常滿足。 雪菜毛豆: 毛豆是下酒菜的百搭款,配上些許黑胡椒就很好吃。 這次拌入的是鹹鮮兼具的雪菜,在享用毛豆的鹹味的同時還有著雪菜與豆丁的口感,值得推薦。 整體而言,是絕對值得一試的平價江浙菜。 老實說因為長時間的外帶,醃鮮的香氣跟溫度已經沒有那麼濃郁。 有機會一定會去店裡再吃一次熱騰騰的料理。 原店家在隨著時代變遷後,有些退休或離職的員工在附近的貴陽街上一同開了吃吃看小館。 有機會也想去嚐嚐。 強烈推薦給大家!

據說是米其林推薦的餐廳 印象最深刻的可能是服務 菜單拿來還沒打開就推薦了一輪 每道都聽起來好吃就都點了 最後還來不及打開菜單就點完了 用餐的過程中不管是換盤子 換小盤 應對進退 都很勤快但不至於干擾 菜色亮點 清蒸臭豆腐 豆腐很臭 調味卻很清爽 好臭又好好吃 出乎意料的反差 光餅夾排骨 紮實的光餅和軟爛鹹香的排骨 搭配起來恰到好處 韭菜烘蛋 表層焦香內裡質地均勻鬆軟 用很簡單的食材展現上乘的功夫 整體來說環境舒適 服務周到 食物也很美味 基本上無可挑惕
