There is a famous Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine restaurant on Xinyi Road (recommended by Michelin). Those who want to dine can first determine whether the dishes they want to order require reservations. We have pre-ordered the following three dishes this time: prophet duck/lettuce and shrimp floss/vegetarian oriole

🦆Prophet Duck; recommended by the restaurant aunt, it is actually roasted tender duck. The taste is really quite good, the duck meat is not overcooked, and the skin is roasted to a crispy texture. It is recommended to order it when dining with a group of people. (If you want to eat fried food, you can consider crispy duck)

🦐 Lettuce and shrimp floss: Because I personally don’t eat celery, it’s quite painful to eat, but the shrimp floss is delicious~

🐦Vegetarian Huangque: It is a famous dish in Jiangsu and Zhejiang. The fillings are fried first and then wrapped in fufu, and finally braised in braised sauce. It is quite special~ But for me, it is not a dish that I would like to eat again and again. Just try it out. .

Here are the dishes ordered that day

🍤Spinach and Shrimp: This dish is really expensive at $730. The spinach is delicious, and the shrimp is also delicious. The portion is not small, but in a traditional restaurant like this, dishes with shrimp are really expensive.

✨Garlic and bacon rice: The most recommended thing to eat that day, the rice is very fragrant, and the aunt will ask if you want to add garlic and bacon. If you don’t eat meat, you can also order rice!

Steamed stinky tofu: quite smelly but not bad
Baiguo depends on cabbage: I dare not eat Baiguo, it feels a bit like Taiwanese braised cabbage but with more thickening.

Carrot and clam soup: very common, no need to order it

Conclusion: It’s really not cheap for five people to eat. It is recommended that more people eat together in this type of table-dish restaurant. In fact, some of the dishes we didn’t order are quite famous, because the number of people really can’t order that many.

It’s not a restaurant I really want to come back to, and it’s quite unmemorable to me, but it’s recommended by Michelin! ! 😂 Unless family dining can be considered~

吉安鄉的著名老店家。雖然地段偏遠且店面不算小,但用餐時間依然絡繹不絕地來客,我們甚至稍微等了一下才有位置。 坐落於吉安與壽豐之間,累積了不少在地熟客與外來觀光饕客的一致好評。店面相當樸實但實在整潔,店員雖然忙碌卻依然不失親切也令人對店家相當有好感。 今天吃的是大滷麵、三鮮煎麵、牛肉湯、麻婆豆腐與豬腳凍,大滷麵與煎麵使用同一種麵條,嚼勁十足。 大滷麵: 料與勾芡的平衡做的很好,滋味豐富之餘也不會讓人覺得過於油膩。 三鮮煎麵: 該店的獨門料理,麵條在煎鍋煎出香氣之後與備好的三鮮一同上桌,當然是趁熱吃最美味,不然放涼了油膩感會上來,就可惜了一道好料理。 牛肉湯: 是少見的菠菜牛腩湯,點的是大碗,在濃厚的牛肉風味下,有鮮甜的蔬菜風味跟紅燒湯底的香氣,醬香厚重甚至略感膏稠,可想之在看似簡單的肉湯背後傾注了多少功夫。 麻婆豆腐: 大概是因為風格是江浙菜的關係,沒有相當濃烈的辣麻風味,而以甜味取而代之,是否喜歡則就見仁見智。 豬腳凍: 入口即化,放入口中的瞬間,肉絲與熟蒜蓉緩緩從膠凍中浮現,口感跟調味都很粗曠又豐富多層次,仔細感受在嘴中化開的口感與香氣,建議每個人都該來試試。 豬腳凍50,剩下四道料理640。 價格在花蓮並不算低,但在台北則是常見的價位,並沒什麼特別的牴觸。 五道料理吃起來份量十足,甚至有些辛苦,外省風格的店家從不怕客人吃,只怕客人吃不飽。 牛肉湯如果點小碗的,吃起來應該會輕鬆許多。 整體而言,只要來花蓮逛逛,大陸麵店值得您專程前來。 推薦給大家!

據說是米其林推薦的餐廳 印象最深刻的可能是服務 菜單拿來還沒打開就推薦了一輪 每道都聽起來好吃就都點了 最後還來不及打開菜單就點完了 用餐的過程中不管是換盤子 換小盤 應對進退 都很勤快但不至於干擾 菜色亮點 清蒸臭豆腐 豆腐很臭 調味卻很清爽 好臭又好好吃 出乎意料的反差 光餅夾排骨 紮實的光餅和軟爛鹹香的排骨 搭配起來恰到好處 韭菜烘蛋 表層焦香內裡質地均勻鬆軟 用很簡單的食材展現上乘的功夫 整體來說環境舒適 服務周到 食物也很美味 基本上無可挑惕

這間是 金品茶樓,好像是鼎泰豐師傅出來開的。外觀有點像專做觀光客生意的店,當天現場也看到蠻多外國人來吃。 我們這次6個人一起吃,點了以下這些: 蟹黃湯包 ×1 250元 蝦仁燒賣 ×1 250元 蝦仁炒飯 ×1 250元 清炒豆苗 ×1 360元 美味烤方 ×1 420元 滑蛋蝦仁 ×1 320元 生菜蝦鬆(片) ×6 480元 醋溜魚片 ×1 380元 酸辣湯(大) ×1 200元 美齡鬆糕 ×1 70元 最喜歡的是 清炒豆苗,嫩而不澀,吃得出新鮮。 蟹黃湯包湯汁蠻多的,小心燙口。 蝦仁燒賣表現也不錯,蝦子脆口有彈性。 蝦鬆算OK,吃起來爽口不膩。 烤方的味道蠻對我胃口,瘦肥比例剛好。 比較不習慣的是 醋溜魚片,可能不是我熟悉的做法,味道偏酸不太合我口味。 酸辣湯跟炒飯中規中矩,沒有特別驚艷但還算穩。 服務人員很親切,整體用餐體驗還不錯,適合帶外地朋友來吃看看
