I called in advance to make a reservation.
There was just one table left, so I secured the spot.
I felt quite lucky.
Although I think the seating in this area isn’t the best, there were still many customers, so I had high expectations.

🌟 Homemade Bacon Cheese Egg Sauce Pasta
This is a dish I often order when I visit a new pasta restaurant because I feel it’s not an easy dish to get wrong.
When it was served, it was very fragrant upon first bite, thanks to the cheese and egg sauce.
However, by the end, it was very greasy, with a lot of oil at the bottom of the plate, which was a bit disappointing.

🌟 Tiramisu
The overall bitterness is more moderate.
The cake base has a more pronounced presence; it’s not the very light and delicate type.
But the overall sweetness and texture combined are also moderate.

Overall, it was quite good.
The soft shell crab pasta that my friend ordered was extremely delicious, much better than what I ordered.
So perhaps I just had bad luck. 😹
