Located on Zhengqiang Street in Yongkang, Tainan, "Niu Bi Beef Soup" is a specialty beef soup shop. The flavor is average, and the prices are slightly above the mid-range. This time I ordered their beef soup and found that the broth lacks any particularly distinctive aroma and depth; compared to other famous beef soup places, it feels rather ordinary. The minced pork rice is also quite average, with no special flavor, and its overall taste doesn't differ much from the local beef soup standards in Tainan. Although the serving speed is quick, both the quality of the soup and the meat are of mediocre standard, without any impressive aspects.
In summary, "Niu Bi Beef Soup" is still a convenient choice for customers living nearby or passing by, but if you are looking for high-quality beef soup, it might be better to head into the city to find some renowned shops.
