📍New Beitou Station, Taipei

Shuangyue is a very famous soup restaurant in Taipei, known for its various soup dishes. This time, I tried the branch in Beitou, located next to Beitou Park. The business is very good; during lunchtime, there is a bit of a wait before being directed to the self-service ordering machine. There are quite a few seating options, and the dining environment is pretty nice.

Dishes 🥘

  • Energetic A-Gan Shredded Lean Pork Soup / 110 NTD:
    The flavor is a sweet and spicy sensation, with noticeable spiciness, but the sweetness of the cabbage and the spiciness of the chili blend well together, highlighting the sweet aftertaste. However, there were a bit too many meat scraps today, which slightly affected the appearance.

  • Love-Hate Mixed Noodles / 70 NTD:
    I really liked the noodles; they are made of a thicker type that holds the sauce well. They were cooked perfectly—not too hard, while still maintaining the texture of thick noodles. Paired with the special sesame sauce and pepper powder, the aroma of the sauce combined perfectly with the spice in the mouth, highly recommended to try!

  • Oily Golden Braised Pork Rice / 50 NTD:
    I felt that this bowl of braised pork rice was a bit lacking in the amount of pork given, which was disappointing for its price. Moreover, the pork itself wasn't particularly outstanding and felt a bit empty; I might not order it again next time.

  • Golden Fresh Bass Clams / 200 NTD:
    The fish was very fresh and in large pieces, but be careful as there may be some leftover fish bones. The soup contained a lot of soft, well-stewed cabbage, and the flavor was quite fresh and sweet; there was no heavy feeling when drinking it.

  • Lucky Braised Egg ($10 each) + Relaxed Tofu Skin ($25):
    All of Shuangyue's braised dishes are made with chicken broth and pure brewed soy sauce, without any chemical ingredients, so you won’t feel dry after eating.

台北北投 - 知名米其林必比登推介,以健康原味的養生湯品聞名,每次來必喝一碗「蛤蜊燉雞腿湯」!雙月已經開了很多間店,這次來北投特地來吃這一下,發現有新的套餐「跟著歐巴這樣吃」,總共 520 元 裡面有:🔹 蛤蜊燉雞腿湯🔹 愛恨椒芝麵🔹 雙月乾蚵🔹 紅燒金鮮鱸魚 另外我們再加點一道麵: 📍黑松露拌麵 NT$99 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌘 淡淡的黑松露味,醬汁不會太過濃郁,麵條有嚼勁,我覺得尚可,不會到很令人驚艷。 📍 愛恨椒芝麵 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌖 這是雙月最推的麵了,喜歡花椒的香氣,但不過太過於辣,與麻醬汁恰到好處的融合!很好吃! 📍 蛤蜊燉雞腿湯 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕 五星推!高麗菜與蛤蜊完全融入在湯中,讓整個湯變得超級鮮甜,雞腿塊份量十足,雞肉不會到太硬但也不是到很嫩 📍 雙月乾蚵 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗 鮮蚵份量多且新鮮,調味較為清爽,底部用薑絲提味。 📍 紅燒金鮮鱸魚 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑 這道稍嫌普通,紅燒味道較為清淡。比較是單純吃魚肉本身的食材。 ▶️ 環境 🔹內用空間算大,約可容納25~30人 🔹裝潢風格乾淨簡約 🔹有提供飲用水跟牛蒡茶自取(小杯子) 🔹餐具自取 ▶️ 貼心提醒 🔹 入店先抽號碼牌,等待叫號 🔹 用點餐機結帳(有分現金機台跟只有信用卡行動支付機台)
 ▶️ 整體評價 🔹每次吃完雙月都會懷念下一次來吃!湯品真的無可挑惕,推薦一人點一碗湯來喝,兩個人喝一碗我覺得稍嫌不足哈哈!

瑞瑞家羊肚菌土雞湯(廣東腸粉)

位於台南永康鹽行的「瑞瑞家羊肚菌土雞湯」是一家主打養生湯品的小店,經過時看到招牌讓人好奇便試了一下。他們的湯品不多,主要是羊肚菌土雞湯,還可以要店家土雞與排骨混搭。除了湯外還有賣腸粉,但這次我沒有點。 羊肚菌土雞湯的湯底很有層次,帶點藥膳的清香,味道與一般雞湯明顯不同。雞肉燉得非常軟嫩,幾乎是入口即化,感覺是真材實料。湯裡的羊肚菌提升了整體香氣和風味,是比較少見的搭配。茶水也是店家的一大亮點,免費提供,喝起來有一種清爽的甘甜感。 我有點了肉燥飯,雖然方便搭配湯來吃,但口味偏普通,主要還是靠湯來撐場面。不過,價格上稍微高了一點,一碗湯150元,對於附近的日常消費族群可能負擔有點重,難怪店內用餐的人數不太多。試想湯加飯180元,其實可以去附近吃到飽的小火鍋店了。 雖然如此,這家的湯確實有其獨特魅力,如果願意為品質買單,我個人覺得是值得再訪的選擇。但是否能長期營運,還得看市場的接受度了。

之前吃過別家分店覺得不錯,因此來這家分店解決晚餐,剛好天冷想喝湯,這家的湯很濃郁,喜歡喝湯的人應該會喜歡。 用餐環境舒適,可惜週日晚上6點多來吃時都沒有飯了,只剩麵線,有些湯也沒了,看來生意很好。 點了菇菇雞湯,附了糖心蛋和麻油麵線,麵線份量很多,吃很飽,糖心蛋做得很剛好,蛋黃很糖心。雞湯一樣好喝濃郁也不會過鹹,雞肉還不少,裡面還有紅蘿蔔、金針菇、高麗菜三種蔬菜,滿豐盛的,不過一組$250稍微貴了點。 還點了剝皮辣椒雞湯,稍微辣但不會太辣,雞湯喝起來跟菇菇雞湯不同,喝得到剝皮辣椒味,也很好喝,喜歡吃辣可以點。 旁邊有附生辣椒,非常辣,幸好沒有拿太多,但很過癮。也有附水壺,可以自行倒水喝。
