I had previously eaten at another branch and thought it was good, so I came to this branch for dinner. Since it was cold, I was in the mood for soup, and this place's soup is very rich; those who like soup should enjoy it.

The dining environment is comfortable, but unfortunately, when I came to eat on a Sunday evening around 6 PM, there was no rice left, only noodle soup. Some soups were also unavailable, which shows that the business is doing well.

I ordered the Mushroom Chicken Soup, which came with a soft-boiled egg and sesame oil noodle soup. The noodle portion was generous, and I felt very full. The soft-boiled egg was perfectly done with a runny yolk. The chicken soup was equally delicious, rich, and not overly salty; there was a good amount of chicken in it, along with three types of vegetables: carrots, enoki mushrooms, and cabbage. It was quite hearty, but at $250 for a set, it was a bit pricey.

I also ordered the Skinless Chili Chicken Soup, which was a bit spicy but not too much. The chicken soup tasted different from the Mushroom Chicken Soup; you could taste the flavor of the skinless chili, which was also very good. If you enjoy spicy food, you can order this.

On the side, there were fresh chili peppers, which were extremely spicy. Fortunately, I didn't take too many, but they were quite enjoyable. There was also a water dispenser available for self-service water.

📍台北市北投區(鄰近新北投捷運站🚉 & 北投公園⛲️)以湯料理聞名|標語是華人養生湯品第一品牌🥣 雙月是一間我外送超常點的餐廳! 食物打包的很貼心(乾麵的醬跟麵會分開放!)、份量充足且品質很好,又不比店內貴太多 這次是第一次到雙月店內用餐🍴 🥘 點餐品項 🌶️ 元氣阿甘剝皮瘦肉湯($110): 每次外送必點的湯🤣 可惜的是今天湯裡的肉渣有點太多了,影響喝湯的體驗 雖然是瘦肉,不過湯底還是雞湯(也有另外一款的肉是雞腿) 超愛剝皮辣椒跟雞湯的組合,這款的辣度不高,喝起來是很溫潤的搭配、也很暖心 另外,特別喜歡湯裡的高麗菜,看網站有訴求是採用高山高麗菜,感受到高麗菜已經煮了很久的軟爛度,但同時還是保有高山高麗菜的甜味跟清脆 🍜 愛恨交織麵($70): 也是每次外送必點! 麵條稍微有些立體厚度,很有Q勁,非常好吃,也蠻特別的,很少吃到這種口感類型的麵 醬底是麻醬,另加上一點辣椒粉調味,個人覺得不太像花椒,要注意這款辣的程度大於剝皮辣椒湯 🍚 油金滷肉飯($50): 肥瘦比例大概是九比一,醬給的有點少 🐟 金鮮鱸魚蛤蜊($200): 很清甜的湯底,比起上一款湯的味道淡了很多,味道的平衡抓的很好,可以同時感受到鱸魚與蛤蜊的海味 🥚 吉運滷蛋($10/顆)+躺平豆皮($25): 試過幾種雙月的滷味,個人最推滷蛋,其他都偏普通 ✏️ 小註記: 🔸 內用環境稍微擁擠一些,兩人前往都會需要併桌,且會需要抽號碼牌等候,號碼牌機在一進店的右側 🔸 門口也有十幾張椅子可以等號碼時等候(星期天 12:30 抵達,大概等 15 分鐘)

瑞瑞家羊肚菌土雞湯(廣東腸粉)

位於台南永康鹽行的「瑞瑞家羊肚菌土雞湯」是一家主打養生湯品的小店,經過時看到招牌讓人好奇便試了一下。他們的湯品不多,主要是羊肚菌土雞湯,還可以要店家土雞與排骨混搭。除了湯外還有賣腸粉,但這次我沒有點。 羊肚菌土雞湯的湯底很有層次,帶點藥膳的清香,味道與一般雞湯明顯不同。雞肉燉得非常軟嫩,幾乎是入口即化,感覺是真材實料。湯裡的羊肚菌提升了整體香氣和風味,是比較少見的搭配。茶水也是店家的一大亮點,免費提供,喝起來有一種清爽的甘甜感。 我有點了肉燥飯,雖然方便搭配湯來吃,但口味偏普通,主要還是靠湯來撐場面。不過,價格上稍微高了一點,一碗湯150元,對於附近的日常消費族群可能負擔有點重,難怪店內用餐的人數不太多。試想湯加飯180元,其實可以去附近吃到飽的小火鍋店了。 雖然如此,這家的湯確實有其獨特魅力,如果願意為品質買單,我個人覺得是值得再訪的選擇。但是否能長期營運,還得看市場的接受度了。

春寅食堂位於信義區虎林街132巷內,巷弄背面就是熱鬧的忠孝東路五段,離捷運永春站步行大約五分鐘。 今天享用了毛澤東排骨飯、胡椒豬肚雞白湯、和風炸牡蠣、基隆の炸天婦羅,總計580元。 毛澤東排骨飯: 這道菜名一出場就很有氣勢,靈感似乎是來自毛氏紅燒肉,再經過店家改良而成。 將排骨滷過後再裹上重口味的香料,最後撒上滿滿的蒜酥及油蔥酥,看起來氣勢十足。 排骨肉質軟嫩中帶點嚼勁,取用的部位似乎是肋排,醬汁滲透進肉裡在鹹香中帶點甘甜,辣度並不算太過猛烈,整體相當順口,肋肉跟其中的筋的膠質感在口中融化,讓人非常滿足。 米飯粒粒分明,淋上醬汁後口感更佳,還附上一顆蛋與燙青菜,整體搭配得宜。 胡椒豬肚雞白湯: 乳白色的湯底搭配薄切的粉紅色肉片,湯頭濃郁醇厚,帶有胡椒的辛香,但不會嗆口。 溫潤的雞湯底帶出滿滿的膠質感,喝起來順口又暖胃。 豬肚處理得相當乾淨,口感軟Q帶勁,沒有腥味。 搭配的蔬菜燉得恰到好處,入口即化,吸滿了湯頭的精華,讓整碗湯更加有層次。 這家已經多次回購,但當天的高麗菜似乎是在原料方面就有些問題,就僅在高麗菜根方面帶有不輕的土澀味,我相信這是偶發的情況,不影響評價。 湯中加了幻の粗麵,是口感很扎實的日式硬拉麵。 和風炸牡蠣: 外觀金黃酥脆炸得恰到好處,咬下去時還能聽到輕脆聲,內裏的牡蠣保持著濕潤的狀態,鮮美濃郁,完全沒有過熟的粉感。 搭配黃芥末醬後,微嗆的風味更能帶出牡蠣的鮮甜。 基隆の炸天婦羅: 外皮酥脆帶點微微的Q彈感,不會炸得過硬,口感剛好,魚漿在咀嚼後會自然散發出海味的香氣。 整體而言,是融合了台日風格的特色湯餐廳。 店內的裝潢與氛圍也相當有特色,充滿濃厚的次文化氛圍,從牆上的「進擊的巨人」調查兵團旗幟到各種懷舊玩具、公仔與毛筆字寫的逗趣標語,讓人感到這裡不只是吃飯的餐館,更像是一間隱藏版的動漫據點。 希望下次的高麗菜品質好一點,我依然會充滿信心的再次回購。 強力推薦給大家!
