The meat dishes here are very delicious, and customers love to customize their sauces like satay and garlic paste, which makes the food even tastier. The soup base is rich in flavor and has a complex taste, the vegetable platter is fresh, and the quality of the meat is good, but the portions are a bit small.
The overall dining environment is quite good, but there are some minor flaws, such as the poor condition of the drinks, which affected the overall experience.
The customer mentioned that the ordering and checkout process is very quick and convenient, and that reservations can be made using the app, enhancing the dining experience. However, the quality of service was somewhat lacking, and the condition of the drinks did not meet expectations.
Today, after finishing work and public business, I found it was already 2 PM. Near Beitou, there aren't many options aside from fast food during this time. Since I was very hungry, I decided to go to the Guoshou Pai Shi Er Hot Pot.
Last time I tried their peeled chili soup base and found it quite good. I like to drink soup when eating hot pot, and since I didn't bring my daughter today, I could happily choose the spicy hot pot. I paired it with a vegetable platter and a mixed meat platter of beef and pork. 🥩
The flavor of the soup base was very aromatic and they also provided two pieces of fried dough sticks. The soup tasted like it had a lot of spices and possibly some traditional Chinese herbs; it was rich and complex, not just purely spicy. Just like the peeled chili soup, they provided a separate pot of the same soup base, which ensures the flavor doesn’t fade, and that’s definitely praiseworthy. 👍 The vegetables on the platter were fresh as always, and the quality of the meat was decent, but unfortunately, there weren’t many pieces.
One downside about this branch today was that their winter melon lemon smoothie wasn't in smoothie form; it tasted more like watered-down winter melon lemon tea, which was a bit disappointing. 🙅♀️ Since my daughter wasn’t with me to share, I ended up full and didn't need dinner.

I came once when it just opened, and today I specially came to eat because I wanted to take some stinky tofu from the place downstairs for my colleagues. When I arrived, I first filled out the reservation form and found that I could make a reservation through the app. Today, I ordered a lot of meat and added extra meat, which was very satisfying. I also got to mix my own seasoning. I really enjoyed starting with the satay sauce + garlic paste + radish puree + extra green onions + chili + soy sauce to dip the meat, which was super delicious. When I was paying, I had some points deducted from my Crazy Points for dining at Wang Pin, which saved me some money. Overall, the experience was quick, convenient, and I enjoyed dining in the restaurant.
