This bar seems to be somewhat famous in Taiwan~
I saw quite a few recommendations for it on Instagram.
One day, when my friend from abroad came to visit Taiwan, I thought about taking them to try it out!
This bar mainly creates different cocktails based on unique bases 🍸.
The choices for the bases are very special... You can see a variety of savory and sweet options, or even vegetable 🥬 and seafood 🦞 bases on the menu. You can ask the staff, and they will explain what the flavor will be like, and then you can decide whether to order that cocktail!
Personally, I really like sea urchin~
So I boldly chose a cocktail made with sea urchin as the base.
❤️ Sea Urchin Cocktail
When I took the first sip, I was a bit startled, because someone had actually told me at the entrance that sea urchin tastes amazing. However, I felt that the taste in my mouth wasn't the sweetness of fresh sea urchin, but rather a focus on the fishy flavor. So I was a bit confused about whether this flavor should be swallowed or spit out… But I noticed that my friend who ordered the same cocktail really liked it, so maybe it was just a matter of my personal taste…
In contrast, I tried my friend's pea cocktail, which tasted very much like a pea milkshake. It didn't feel like a cocktail at all, but rather had a healthier vibe! I actually thought it was quite good~
If you like to experience unique cocktails, I think you should give it a try, as there will definitely be many surprises! However, the seating in the bar is limited, so you might want to take your chances or make a reservation in advance!
