A stinky tofu stall hiding in the corner near Bei Yi, the owner takes a break depending on the situation.

The owner says that here she is most afraid of encountering flies, mosquitoes, dragonflies, tree frogs... (?)

#Is the owner considering raising them? If there are bugs later, will they be sent to the field?

Dishes:
Sweet potato noodles, the sweet potato noodles you can choose right there as you walk up to the stall. The texture is quite good, different between the braised and fried versions, with a thick consistency.

Korean fish cake, according to the owner, tastes just like flat sweet potato noodles. From my tasting experience, it lacks a dense texture, but it’s kind of like thick tofu skin? Still quite tasty.

Rice blood cake, eaten without sauce, has a somewhat bland taste, but overall it's pretty good, without being mushy or overly hard.

Duck gizzard, its texture is softer than chicken gizzards, easier to bite into.

Duck heart, to be honest, quite satisfying, it’s like a larger version of chicken hearts. Usually, chicken hearts are small and after a few bites, they’re gone; this one feels a bit more fulfilling.

Duck wings, didn’t stand out, maybe because there was no sauce? Biting down, it’s just a duck wing. The braised sauce didn’t successfully permeate the flavor.

Review:
It might be better to drizzle some sauce on it before eating; that way, the evaluation could be fairer. Overall, eating it without braised sauce isn’t bad, but adding the sauce might change that; there are many repeat customers, after all.
