After tasting the delicious bread from this shop at the Bread Festival, I've been longing for the bread from this place called Shisui. This time, since I was nearby, I decided to drop by the store to take a look.

⭐️ Sea Salt Butter Roll $45
The texture is chewy, with the perfect saltiness from the sea salt, and a rich buttery aroma. Overall, it’s very delicious.

⭐️ Wine-Scented Cranberry Cream Pastry $70
The cream pastry is sweet and fluffy, not too dense or overly sweet. Paired with the wine-scented cranberries and a crunchy almond topping on the toast, it has a rich texture—definitely a flavor I like!

⭐️ Mooncake Gift Box $815
This time, I took advantage of the Mid-Autumn Festival to order a salted egg yolk pastry gift box🌕
The mooncake gift box includes 3 salted egg yolk pastries and 3 golden sand pastries.

The salted egg yolk pastry has a buttery aroma, and the crust is super flaky. The red clay duck eggs have a wine aroma, paired with a low-sugar and low-oil red bean filling, bringing out the bean flavor—this is a delicious salted egg yolk pastry. Even my picky mom praised it 👍.

The golden sand pastry also has a buttery aroma, with cheese powder sprinkled on top to enhance the savory flavor. It uses mung bean paste filling, paired again with the wine-scented red clay duck egg. However, this one has crushed egg yolk, no fishy taste, and it’s not overly sweet—super delicious too!

‼️ Conclusion:
I really love the bread and mooncakes from this shop. Although it’s a bit far, I’ll make a special trip to buy them whenever I'm nearby. The mooncakes are delicious, and I plan to repurchase them for next year's Mid-Autumn Festival!

"Shisui Bakery" is located in Zhuangjing Road, Xinyi District. Chef Sha Sha (Lu Ningqi) and baking chef Da Xiong (Zhou Junhong) have breads that have been favored by Michelin chefs and have been included in the menu. Champion Coffee also uses delicious toast.
In 2019, the "Kitchen Project" was launched in response to the market. In addition to baking, the "Shisui Bakery" was launched as a small restaurant that serves local ingredients collected from all over Taiwan. It is available every weekend as a private chef with full reservations.
