The crispy spare ribs are the signature dish. The spare rib meat is tender and flavorful, and the soup base has a traditional, lighter taste. You can add pepper and vinegar to adjust the flavor yourself. Additionally, adding rice noodles to soak up the soup is a perfect match.
As for the meat soup, I personally think it's just okay; it's not to my taste and is quite bland, and the meat soup is not thick either.
The side dishes are all quite delicious, especially when drizzled with a bit of garlic soy sauce; they are great for eating one after another.
