At this price point in Taipei City, both the portion and quality are quite impressive. I ordered the milk pot, which has a rich and smooth broth with a light milky aroma that isn't overwhelming. The fresh ingredients provided were just the right amount; you could tell that the restaurant put a lot of effort into preparing everything, from the vegetable platter to the meats.

The self-service bar is also a bonus, offering three to four kinds of drinks for guests to enjoy freely. The hot pot ingredients are designed very thoughtfully, including items like rice blood cake, taro, and other hot pot ingredients. If you don't like hot pot ingredients, you can easily skip them, providing flexibility and choices for customers.

The braised pork rice is packed with a high proportion of fatty meat that is tender and flavorful, with a rich gelatinous texture. Paired with the aromatic braising sauce, it truly makes you want to take bite after bite. If you love fatty meat, this dish will certainly keep you coming back for more.

Overall, Chudian Hot Pot excels in terms of hot pot offerings, side dish selections, and the braised pork rice. You can eat well and have the freedom of choice, which explains the constant crowd even on weekdays. The location is convenient and easily accessible, making it suitable for after-work gatherings or weekend dates. The restaurant's clean and bright environment leaves a good impression, and the dining atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable.

It's definitely not just a formality; apart from the restaurant's signature braised pork rice, which is fragrant and flavorful (almost all fatty meat), there is also bubble tea and various ice creams 🍦 that dessert lovers will absolutely enjoy! The hotpot ingredients are served buffet-style, with a wide variety including taro and blood rice cakes, and they are not mixed in fixed vegetable trays, giving customers more freedom of choice.

Dishes
The selection is also quite abundant. This time I ordered the luxurious couple's set, choosing both the cumin pot and the herbal pot. The former is very aromatic, while the latter has a warm and sweet aftertaste, each with its own flavor. For the meat, today I ordered the wagyu beef and pork collar, both with fresh quality and even marbling, melting in your mouth. Plus, with a coupon, they offered an extravagant "Clam and White Shrimp Boat," filled with ocean flavors, and the overall portion is very satisfying.

This hotpot restaurant is satisfactory in terms of ingredients, environment, and service, making it truly special for me to return three times 🥰
