It's really recommended to try the braised pork soup curry (or yuzu pepper chicken neck meat) at Suage!
This time I ordered the torched bacon cabbage soup curry, and the recommended medium spice level is completely not spicy. Even my companions, who don't eat spicy food, said it wasn't spicy at all. There was no torched bacon or torched flavor; it was just a somewhat tough, ordinary thick bacon!
The soup base isn't hard to drink, but it lacks some aroma! The vegetable accompaniments were a bit peculiar; common ingredients like zucchini and okra were missing, but they included peas and cucumber. 😂
Also, the lemonade in the restaurant might have too much lemon; it's really super sour regular lemonade. 😂
To be honest, it doesn't feel cheap, but Suage is more stable in terms of quality at the same price point.
