But have you ever thought about fusion cuisine? In Kaohsiung, there’s a restaurant whose owner is a genuine Korean, who innovatively merges Korean and Italian dishes, making the usually common offerings much more unique…🤔

✅ Garlic Butter Salty Sauce Fried Chicken: The fried chicken is filled with salty flavors, with the chicken first fried and then coated in sauce. The outer skin doesn't become as soft as expected, but rather retains its crispiness, making it sweet and crunchy with each bite. Additionally, there are fried potato slices below, which have a great texture and remain crispy and delicious even when cold.

✅ Hamburger Steak Rice (318 NTD): The hamburger patty is made from beef and cheese, and its eye-catching appearance is also a popular Instagram food. Paired with red wine sauce, sesame leaves, cherry tomatoes, and a runny egg, it offers a rich depth of flavor. The sauce is mild and slightly sour, pairing cleverly with the sesame leaves. Cutting into the juicy hamburger reveals a rich gooey cheese inside, allowing each bite to deliver a perfect blend of flavors and textures. This dish is a favorite for many and is highly recommended.

✅ Korean Spicy Sauce Squid and Scallop Pasta: This dish stir-fries squid, scallops, zucchini, tomatoes, and onions with Korean spicy sauce, perfectly blending the spiciness of Korean spices with the sweet freshness of seafood. ✅ Korean Cheese Steamed Egg: A must-try signature item in the restaurant. The first bite offers a thick, creamy egg flavor, complemented by rich cheese that provides a delightful dual aroma and texture. Topped with a sprinkle of fish roe, it adds more vibrancy to the color.

✅ Classic Spinach Bacon Half-Done Egg: Made with handmade baked dough that is chewy and springy, paired with tender spinach, salty bacon, and a luscious half-done egg, resulting in a layered flavor experience. Even when cooled, the pizza remains delicious.

Both the Korean and Italian dishes in this restaurant are delicious, reflecting the owner’s commitment and attention to flavor. The most recommended dish is the “Hamburger Steak Rice,” which has a very rich taste profile, enhanced by the use of mixed vinegar for a refreshing touch. The dining environment is also excellent, with enough space between tables to ensure a comfortable experience. Additionally, this restaurant does not charge a service fee! Therefore, you need to serve your own water and get your utensils.

一間結合工業風創意風格的韓式X義式餐廳 KATZ卡司·高雄文化中心,高雄有兩間間分店,這次吃的是高雄文化中心,外觀裝潢一看就是我喜歡的樣子,座位空間也很寬敞,充滿工業風的擺設整個氛圍很舒服。 這次點雙人份套餐,2人分享餐 💰1294 -起司蒸蛋 滿滿的起司配上蓬鬆的蒸蛋,香氣十足。 -酥炸丁香魚 沾上店家附的優格醬酸甜酸甜很涮嘴。 -松露醬炸雞(2塊)淡淡的松露味配上酥脆的炸雞,吃起來也有蒜味,撲滿脆脆薯片與雞肉一起吃,雙重口感。 -釜山薯片肉腸 現做薄皮pizza搭上薯片很特別。 -泡菜奶蒜豬五花麵 喜歡這道的調味,酸甜酸甜醬汁與義大利麵超級搭,雖然是泡菜但不會很辣,很適合不吃辣的朋友。 -韓國西瓜蘇打 -韓國柚子氣泡水 總結這間餐廳蠻推薦的,整個套餐吃起來超飽超滿足,最後披薩吃不完店家還貼心地讓我們外帶。
