The whole bowl of noodles is tightly wrapped in salted eggs, which is full of salty flavor.
The handmade noodles have a strong texture and every bite is chewy
The sweet and plump shrimps and clams add a layer of seafood flavor to the soup.

ოSlow-cooked pork tendon and seasonal vegetable handmade noodle soup ⁽³⁶⁰⁾
The pork shank is very big, and becomes soft and tender after being slow-cooked and rich in oily aroma.
The soup is clear and delicious, with the sweetness of tomatoes and vegetables, simple but not simple.
The handmade soup noodles are chewy and chewy, complementing the delicious soup perfectly.

在新竹大成街的安靜巷弄裡,有一家低調卻充滿驚喜的小店——宜食生製。這間主打中西融合的創意手工麵料理,座位不多,但每一道料理都像是用時間和心意揉進的手工藝術品。無論你是喜歡義式風味還是偏好台式乾麵口感,這裡都能找到令人滿足的答案,用餐環境部分我沒有很喜歡,所以是外帶去其他地方吃~ 這次品嚐的人氣菜色《濃厚帕瑪森蝦汁海鮮手工麵》端上桌時就能聞到蝦醬的濃郁香氣,視覺上雖是義大利麵的形式,但入口卻是熟悉的台式乾麵韌性與彈性。麵體本身極具嚼勁,Q彈紮實,完美吸附了飽滿的蝦汁與帕瑪森起司醬,風味鹹香濃厚卻不膩口,海鮮的鮮味也在醬汁中完整釋放。這道麵很有層次感,醬汁與麵條緊密融合,讓人一口接一口停不下來🦐 宜食生製融合出一種讓人耳目一新的平衡感。像這道蝦汁手工麵,就巧妙地把濃厚的義式起司與鮮明的蝦味融合在台式手工麵條中,是傳統與創新的結合,也是口感與風味的雙重享受! 甜點選了頗具懷舊風情的《昭和布丁》 雖然這次是外帶,脆片因時間略軟失去了口感層次(我的問題),但布丁本體仍讓人驚艷,入口即化的滑順質地,結合微苦的焦糖香氣,再加上一點酒香尾韻,讓整體風味層次分明。這種「大人味」的布丁,不甜膩、不浮誇,讓人在餐後仍能優雅收尾🍮 整體來說,宜食生製是一間值得花時間找尋、細細品味的小店。手工麵條展現了主廚對食材與技藝的堅持,甜點也不馬虎,是主菜之外的另一個亮點。雖然座位數不多,但每一道料理都保有細膩與溫度。推薦給喜歡創意料理與手工麵食的你,下次來新竹不妨走進這條巷弄,享受一場溫柔卻飽滿的味蕾旅程~

藏身在新竹大成街巷弄裡的《宜食生製》,是一家專賣手工創意義式麵的店,店址不算顯眼,稍微留意一下還是找得到。這一帶屬於新竹老城區,街道狹小、規劃較舊,加上本身空間有限,座位不多且設在戶外,若遇上人潮,就會明顯感到壓迫與干擾。 這次內用時,雖然我們一開始順利入座,但後續客人接連而來,聊天過程頻頻被打斷,有人在旁邊等位、詢問外帶狀況,若想專心品嚐餐點,建議選擇外帶會更舒適。 餐點方面在水準以上 強力推薦《濃厚帕馬森蝦汁海鮮手工麵》,蝦醬的香氣一端上來就撲鼻而來,醬汁濃郁卻不膩,搭配手工麵條的嚼勁,每一口都讓人感受到用料的實在與層次的變化。蛤蠣、蝦子新鮮,整體風味極佳,一口接一口停不下來,是會讓人想再回訪的主打招牌。 《宜蘭鹹蛋海鮮手工麵》表現也不差,鹹蛋風味濃厚,有點像高級版的鍋燒意麵,海鮮也很新鮮,但相較之下,味道比較直白、少了一點驚喜感,與蝦汁麵比起來略為遜色。 比較可惜的是這次布丁賣完了😭 期待下次造訪時補上 總結來說,《宜食生製》的餐點優秀,尤其是蝦醬系料理有獨到之處。但若重視用餐環境,建議避開尖峰時段或改外帶享用,畢竟這家店在新竹這類型餐廳中,算是誠意滿滿、風味出色的隱藏小店。
