Taipei Zhongxiao Fuxing Station - a chain pasta restaurant, I didn’t expect to order some amazing dishes (limited time only), I’ll help everyone avoid it🥺
📍Spicy rice wine clam noodles NT$240
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑
This dish is full of clams and a bit spicy! It was full of aroma, but unfortunately the sauce was a bit salty and thin. The taste of the nine-story pagoda combined with the freshness and sweetness of the clams is very enjoyable!
📍Crispy fried fish fillet with dill sauce NT$79
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗
This dish is delicious. I really like the dill sauce on it. It is sweet and salty with a little sourness. The aroma of the peppercorns and berries after being bitten is very charming.
📍Basamic Vinegar Butter Chicken Tender Noodles NT$230 (limited time)
🌕🌑🌑🌑🌑
⚠️⚠️⚠️This recipe is really amazing! It was very different from the photos on the menu (there were huge chunks of meat and rosemary for garnish). When I first saw the dish, I was dumbfounded (there were three pieces of chicken fillet next to the diagonal noodles?) I really don’t know why. Why would I order this 🤦, I was shocked by the limited time limit! Meat and noodles are a dish that cannot be combined at all. The creamy white sauce is very thin, and the chicken fillet topped with balsamic vinegar doesn't match the sauce at all (the sauce has very little presence and is a little sour). In addition, I later discovered that the rosemary was fried in the sauce, so even if it didn’t taste good, the dish overall didn’t look good either🥺

▶️ Conclusion
It seems that you should not randomly order limited-time meals in the future. It may be a bit more experimental in nature. It is recommended to order the popular pasta on the menu!
