Overall, the seasoning is on the salty side, and when I searched for izakayas in the Fuchu area beforehand, this seemed to be the common comment.
The dining space inside is a little small, but the atmosphere is very comfortable and there are plenty of drinks (but I didn’t order it this time). As soon as you arrive at the table, order the peppered edamame 🫛 and then pour some water.
Although the store is open until 1 am, the last order is at 12 am.
Grilled zucchini
It's hot to the core and has a strong black pepper flavor, so you don't need to use any salt.
clam chowder
Salty and sweet! Thin shreds of ginger are great for neutralizing the strong umami flavor, which is great.
Salt grilled chicken hearts
It seems to be a unique cutting and flattening technique. It is fresh and soft. Highly recommended.
When viewed from the side, it is flattened rather than the whole chicken heart prototype.
Fried udon noodles
The udon noodles are soft, slightly fragrant with vinegar and sauce, and the cabbage is crispy!

There are many levels when you bite it: hot, crispy, seaweed, chewy, and the dough has a salty finish. Adding kumquat adds an extra layer of sourness (but it is recommended not to add it, because it is already quite strong in taste).

The meat was tender, the fat at the joints of the chicken wings was rich, and it was still a bit salty in the end.
