At first bite, I found the flavor quite special, with a hint of charcoal aroma and a slight tartness from the lemon. However, towards the end, the texture felt a bit tiring; the chicken steak was on the moist side and lacked crispiness 🥹. Additionally, the lemon flavor was a bit too overwhelming, slightly overshadowing the meat's aroma and the charcoal grilled scent.
