剛開幕等時候吃過一次,之後就變得超難預約,隔了一年才二次來訪。 生胭脂蝦/生鮪魚粉紅青醬雙槽麵 這道是友人點的,最近不少餐廳有做類似的生胭脂蝦義大利麵料理,我個人不喜歡這樣的搭配,冷冷的生蝦放在剛炒好熱騰騰的義大利麵上,冷熱攪在一起,最後變成很奇怪的溫度。 味道上面是還可以,粉紅青醬並不是粉紅醬加上青醬,而是源自西西里島的Pesto alla Trapanese 特拉帕尼青醬,除了青醬原有的羅勒外,還加上了杏仁和番茄,杏仁香氣十足,還有大量杏仁碎增添口感.多到有點喧賓奪主。 櫛瓜花 第一次看到櫛瓜花,熱愛櫛瓜的我當然要點來試試看,後來查了一下食譜,櫛瓜花多數好像都是用炸的方式來料理,櫛瓜花有分公花和母花,公花只有花,母花下面帶有小櫛瓜。櫛瓜花內塞入莫札瑞拉起司,增添鹹香風味,非常開胃。 香煎章魚甜椒醬 前一天才在Smith & Wollensky吃到Romesco sauce,黑馬小廚的Romesco sauce大勝,微微的辛辣味和章魚的焦香好搭,但這天章魚的熟度沒有很好,有幾塊偏硬了。 牛舌綠醬汁 這道是黑馬小廚的招牌菜,特地翻出上次的照片,發現做法不一樣了。一年前吃到的是切成薄片的牛舌,現在改為厚切的方式,口感更上一層樓,但如果外層能烤的更酥會更好。綠醬汁是店家調製的青醬,再加上橄欖油,味道層次很豐富。 伊比利火腿捲 這道沒有很喜歡,最底下是茄子,中間是伊比利火腿,最上面再鋪上起司去焗烤,整體味道很鹹,也偏油膩。 這次整體吃下來並沒有太驚豔,加上不好訂位,會減少再訪的動力。
