As a ramen enthusiast, I'm always on the lookout for various ramen shops to taste, seeking a bowl of delicious ramen.
Jikijun Ramen has almost zero negative reviews on Fooday, which naturally attracted me to visit and check it out.
When I went, there weren't many people, and I was seated immediately. I thought for a moment in front of the ordering machine and ultimately decided on the rich Jikijun ramen.
First of all, the broth was indeed quite rich, but not to the extent that it overshadowed the other flavors.
The chicken chashu was tender, which matched my personal taste, while the pork chashu was slightly salty—not greasy, and I thought it was quite good. The noodles also had a nice chewiness.
Overall, it’s a pretty decent ramen shop.
