In the past, when Jiji-kun only had a shop at West Lake, there would be long lines almost every day. Recently, they finally opened a branch in Ximen, which makes me very satisfied as a ramen lover🤣. This time, I ordered the light Jiji-kun, the rich Jiji-kun, and a bowl of char siu rice, but when the rich Jiji-kun arrived, I was so happy that I forgot to take a photo🤣. The taste is as excellent as always, but the rich one is really rich! When the staff brings the meal, they also provide a cup of clear broth, and if you are still worried it’s too rich, you can ask them for more! Eating the rich one first and then the light one gives an incredibly refreshing feeling🤣. The char siu rice is also truly delicious! The meat, whether fatty or lean, has the perfect flavor—it’s the kind of dish you can eat more than half of in one sitting. The staff also kindly remind you that the bowl is very hot, which is very thoughtful🫶.

身為一個拉麵愛好者,總是尋找四處各路的拉麵店品嚐一番,求的就是一碗好食的拉麵。 雞吉君拉麵在Fooday 上面幾乎可以說是零負評,當然就更加吸引我特地前往一探究竟。 去的時候人不多,一去就有座位,在點餐機前想了一想,最後決定濃厚雞吉君。 首先湯頭部分確實蠻濃郁,但又不會濃到蓋過其他的味道。 然後雞肉叉燒是偏向軟嫰,算有合到個人口味,豬肉叉燒就鹹鹹一片,不是油膩的那種,個人覺得也不錯。麵條方面也是算有咬勁。 整體來說,算不錯的一間拉麵。

📍台北西門站 位於離捷運站步行約 6 分鐘的昆陽街上,門口整體的裝潢非常的日式,在週遭的店面之中顯得特別搶眼。 之前有吃過雞吉君位於內湖的店,還記得那時候爬完金面山就直接前往,開店前40分鐘就抵達了,還是沒辦法第一批入場,大概等了一個小時左右,那時候吃完覺得蠻好吃的,不過考量到等候時間非常長,稍微降低了一點想回訪的意願,好險位於西門的新分店目前平日中午來吃還不用排隊喔! 餐點🥘 - 鹽味雞白湯拉麵 / 300 元: 雞吉君主要就是販售以雞湯基底的拉麵,主要分為三種,較濃的雞白湯,比較清爽的雞清湯,和湯頭層次更豐富的淡麗,接下來請參考圖片
