This restaurant is currently run by the second and third generation of the original owners, who adhere to the principles of using fresh ingredients, following precise steps, and timing everything accurately. They produce items on the same day and do not sell overnight products, insisting on preparing each morning and making every bowl of rice pudding and fish soup in an environment of over 40 degrees Celsius. Everything is handmade daily, showcasing the essence of Tainan's traditional snacks and the craftsmanship of the first generation, and has received the Michelin Bib Gourmand honor for three consecutive years.
The nostalgic flavors, authentic ingredients, and solid textures, paired with a bit of garlic paste, wasabi, and a special sauce, make every bite a testament to their dedication.
