The new restaurant might not have information on Google Maps yet.
It's located in the food court on B1 of the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Taipei Nanxi Store, in the third building.
This place mainly sells curry rice. I ordered the pork cutlet omelet rice for $220. The omelet was done very well, smooth and delicious, and paired with curry sauce and white rice, the overall experience was quite good. I felt a bit disappointed that the pork cutlet was on the thinner side.
The meal came with a bowl of soup and a cup of iced barley tea, and the iced barley tea was quite nice to drink.
