A very special Japanese-style yakiniku restaurant. The service staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and funny. They will guide customers how to enjoy the food during the meal.
Today I ordered sesame tofu salad, wild vegetables (shiitake mushrooms, yam, zucchini), Japanese Wagyu Beef Shenghe, Ultimate Iberian Pork Shenghe, fresh-cut steak with truffle sauce, large intestines, late-night restaurant signature rice, and Tamago Beef Donburi. Every dish was delicious. Let's be amazed.
The sesame tofu salad is refreshing and delicious. The wild vegetables are roasted in a way that retains their original flavor, and the meat quality of the Japanese domestic Wagyu beef and the ultimate Iberian pork has reached perfect doneness and tenderness. The signature rice and tamagogyu donburi of the late-night restaurant are also full of unique flavors.
Surprisingly, although we can cook in front of the customer bar, the indoor ventilation equipment keeps the environment smoke-free, which makes the whole dining process more enjoyable without having to worry about the smell of smoke on our clothes.
Finally, the baked ice cream for dessert was the perfect end to this gourmet experience. All in all, it was a very enjoyable dining experience, great!
