Fat Beard Teppanyaki is located on Boai Street in Hualien City.
Nearby are the famous restaurants Laijia Brunch and Yixin Bubble Ice.
To be honest, Boai Street, Guangfu Street, Minguo Road and other roads, located in the Hualien Cultural and Creative Industry Park, are really the main food belt in the city, with a dazzling array of everything.
Today I enjoyed the pan-fried scallop set and sirloin steak set, totaling 400 yuan.
Pan-fried scallops:
The scallops are quite crispy, and the seasoning of onions and nine-layer pagoda highlights the freshness and sweetness of the scallops.
sirloin steak:
Using the original cooking method, the quality of the beef is good, and you only need to make simple seasonings to enjoy the full flavor of the meat.
There are two common vegetables, cabbage and bean sprouts. They have just the right amount of saltiness and freshness, and the portions are not small.
The set meal means that rice, drinks and soup are all available for free.
The most worth mentioning is the soup. This is the first time I saw tomato and egg drop soup in a Teppanyaki restaurant. It’s very expensive 😅
Overall, this Teppanyaki restaurant is really worth coming to. The food is delicious, the space inside the restaurant is spacious, and the soups may occasionally be a hit.
Why are there no scallops on the regular menu?
Because those are special menus that are added or subtracted from time to time depending on the recently purchased items (some online menu photos can tell that there are several small notes posted on the menu).
Highly recommended to everyone!
