The best Teppanyaki in Hualien City!
The amount is very realistic!

Today I ordered the stir-fried pork set meal. The set meal comes with stir-fried vegetables. People who can tolerate spicy food are advised to add spicy food. Adding spicy food will make it feel like it has been upgraded to a higher level. The non-spicy version tastes less salty. It may also be because I am a heavy salty person. So I prefer spicy dishes.

The cheese eggs are browned on both sides and taste crispy and have a good texture.

If you want to eat beef, you can order the beef short ribs. For the price of more than 200 yuan, they serve a lot.

Because other teppanyaki restaurants in Hualien are far away and have smaller quantities, if you want to eat teppanyaki in Hualien, I highly recommend Fat Beard Teppanyaki in the city.

胖鬍子鐵板燒位於花蓮市博愛街上。附近是名店萊迦早午餐跟一心泡泡冰。 老實說博愛街、光復街、民國路等路，位於花蓮文化創意產業園區的這一圈，真的是市區的主要美食帶，琳琅滿目什麼都有。 今天享用的是香煎干貝套餐與沙朗牛排套餐，合計400元。 香煎干貝： 干貝料理的相當香酥，洋蔥與九層塔的調味更加凸顯了干貝的鮮甜。 沙朗牛排： 採取原味料理方式，牛肉品質不錯，只需要做簡單的調味，就能享用到滿溢的肉香。 蔬菜是常見的兩種，高麗菜與豆芽，鹹鮮感恰到好處，份量也不小。 套餐意指白飯飲料與湯品皆是自由取用。 最值得一提的是湯品，我是第一次在鐵板燒店中看到番茄蛋花湯，高成本啊 😅 整體而言，這家鐵板燒真的相當值得前來，餐點美味，店內空間寬敞，湯品或許偶有爆擊表現。 為什麼常備菜單上看不到干貝呢？ 因為那些是視近期進貨品項，而不定時增減的特別菜單 (有些網路菜單照片可以看出來菜單上有幾張貼上去的小紙條)。 強烈推薦給大家！
