Located in an alley near Zhongshan Junior High School, this place feels like it has many hidden gems of amazing restaurants. Banqian Yakiniku Omakase offers good-quality beef with a comfortable, bright, and high-end atmosphere that lacks any greasy smell, and the service is quite attentive.
The beverage menu feels very well thought out; in addition to sake and red wine, there are plenty of choices for non-alcoholic or bottled cocktails, which are not the common items found elsewhere. The honey wine and non-alcoholic beer are both quite tasty and add extra points.
The meals are served in a set menu format, and the quality of the meat is excellent. Although there is only one piece of each cut, the variety prevents it from being too heavy. Overall, the pairing is great, and the final offering of noodles adds to the feeling of fullness. The desserts are also acceptable, making the overall experience quite pleasant.
