I went to a delicious local chicken restaurant in Fukushima! 🐔

The restaurant is called "Teppan Jidori-yaki TARO Osaka Fukushima Main Store," located a short walk from Fukushima Station on the JR Osaka Loop Line, nestled in a residential area. 🚃

There are counter seats and seats on the second floor. ✨ They also prepared a grill for cooking chicken. 🔥

For drinks, I had:

The duck breast 🦆 had a rich flavor with pepper that was really tasty!
The chicken breast 🐔 was soft and chewy; it tasted great with the rock salt and wasabi. 🧂
The chicken thigh tartare 🐔 had lovely roasted skin that complemented the flavor with rock salt and wasabi; it was delicious!
The Kinkan 🥚 was eaten in one bite‼️ The rich yolk tasted fantastic! 🥚

Famous Negi Shio Jō Hatsu 🐔
This heart could be eaten rare and was quickly grilled. It was delicious when eaten with green onion and lemon. 🍋
It was very plump and tasty! The combination of green onion and lemon added a refreshing flavor! 🍋

Famous Sterile Pork Fillet 🐷
This pork can also be eaten rare. I enjoyed it rare with rock salt and wasabi. 🧂
It was super fluffy, juicy, tender, and incredibly delicious!

The thigh 🐔 was crispy on the outside and juicy, super delicious!
The breast 🐔 was soft and fluffy, really nice!
The neck meat 🐔 was tender and fatty, delicious!
The wings 🐔 had juicy skin and meat - they were incredibly good!
All the condiments, Satsuma soy sauce, miso sauce + green onion, were very tasty! ✨

Famous Kishu Duck Chopped Tsukune with Mini Burger 🍔
I had a large fluffy tsukune that was grilled. 🐔
I grilled four but made two into burgers! 🍔
The burgers were made with small buns, cabbage, and sauce. 🍔
The fluffy bread paired perfectly with the tsukune, and it was super tasty! 🍔
The other tsukune was enjoyed with salt; the surface was crispy while the inside was fluffy, and perfectly delicious! 🐔

Mini Shima Clear Soup Ramen 🍜
With a clear broth 🐔,

This ramen was very flavorful! 🍜
The soup had a strong chicken flavor, delicious.
The noodles had a great bite to them. 🍜

The fried onions were fragrant, and when mixed into the soup, they added a new flavor that was amazing! 🧅
The mizuna was crispy and delicious!
The soup was so good that I drank it all! 🐔

For dessert, I could choose between pudding 🍮 and yuzu sorbet. I went with pudding! 🍮
It was a firmer pudding loaded with vanilla beans. 🍮
The pudding was rich and incredibly delicious, with a caramel that's nicely fragrant and quite authentic! 🍮

The atmosphere was calm, and every dish was absolutely delicious! 😆

I thought I would love to try other dishes again! 🥰
