The primary difference between duck meat rice and chicken rice is that the rice is topped with shredded duck instead of chicken, and the chicken fat is replaced with duck fat. However, the aromas of these two dishes are distinctly different in their charm...

✅ Limited handmade duck leg rice: This differs from typical duck meat rice in that the duck meat is not only more intact but also cut into larger pieces, allowing for the satisfaction of taking big bites of meat. In addition to the tender duck meat, the rice is drizzled with a fragrant sweet soy sauce, providing a rich, slightly sweet flavor. The rice at the bottom retains a suitable texture and isn't overly moist.

✅ Duck intestine with bean sprouts: This dish combines crunchy bean sprouts with duck intestines and some chives, quickly stir-fried with black pepper for a slight spicy taste. You can feel the aroma from the wok, making it very appetizing.

✅ Goji leaf: Simply seasoned with garlic and salt. The texture is tender without being overly strong in flavor.

✅ Mixed offal soup: This includes duck gizzards, duck hearts, and duck intestines. The broth is flavorful, sweet, and rich. In terms of texture, duck hearts are thick but very tender, duck gizzards are crunchy yet still tender, and duck intestines are crisp.

✅ Braised meatballs: Chewy and delicious.

✅ Non-GMO oil tofu: A typical soy-sauce-flavored braised tofu, soft and tender, with moderate saltiness.

這間真的是從小吃到大味道都沒變,他普通的鴨肉飯也非常不錯,是煙燻跟鹹水兩種混合的,另外店家的鴨米血也是招牌,蠻多人點的
