A local guide took us to an old shop with a simple, clean, and bright environment that only serves stir-fried rice noodles and pig blood tube soup, but it is simple and delicious.
The stir-fried rice noodles have that nostalgic flavor I love, and adding a bit of Dongcheng sauce is also quite nice. The pig blood has a crispy texture that's very unique; I haven't eaten anything like it elsewhere. The pork intestines are fresh and have no unpleasant smell, so they were so delicious that I ordered an additional bowl of pig intestine soup. The combination with the Dongcheng sauce is perfect. This is the beauty of local snacks—straightforward and delightful.
