I ate there once before moving a few years ago, but I have no memory of it. I just remember that the snacks are self-service and you can take unlimited amounts.
Yesterday I passed by and there happened to be a table so I didn't have to wait, so I decided to come here for dinner. The new store is much brighter and cleaner than before. Once you are seated, you can scan the QR code on the table to order.
After ordering the meal, you have to get the cutlery and water by yourself. You also need to pick up the side dishes yourself. Three kinds are provided every day. On this day, there are sweet and spicy, kelp sprouts and spicy bean sprouts. I love kelp sprouts very much, but the one here disappoints me. It’s not sour or sweet enough💔 I didn’t expect it to be sweet but not spicy.
Ordered Korean pork bibimbap
The clerk had just brought it to the table, but before it started, I felt something was wrong. The pork was very minced, just a little bigger than minced meat, and the meat quality was not very good. The waiter will bring the spicy sauce with the bibimbap, which tastes different from what you usually eat, and is much saltier. It’s a pity that the eggs in the bibimbap are overcooked. I wish I could use the tempting half-cooked sun-cooked eggs with the rice! The amount of various vegetables is very sufficient, but the seasoning is very light and has no aroma.
Overall, I don't like it. There are so many places to eat on Hulin Street. I don't know why this restaurant's business is so good. I have no intention of visiting it again.
