A well-known chicken soup base hotpot restaurant that specializes in making various special soups with chicken soup base.
This time I had a winter seasonal limited chicken soup, sea urchin and fish roe chicken soup. It comes with a cup of fish roe so that customers can decide when to add it.
It only costs an additional 89 yuan, which is actually quite cost-effective.
After entering the restaurant and sitting down, the service staff will bring a few small cups and let us try the soup base before making a decision. This service is quite considerate.
The sea urchin and chicken white soup is very rich. It is paired with Matsusaka pork and chicken fillets of very high quality. Good soup and good meat, no matter how you cook it, it will be delicious.
As a side dish, I chose Mentaiko Noodles for an additional price. I cooked the springy noodles in hot soup and quickly dipped them in the Mentaiko noodles on the attached plate. The only word that can describe the feeling is "Shuang".
The sauce bar has quite a few options and the bar is clean.
Drinks and ice products are freely available. I put a ball of ice cream on top of the smoothie to make a special floating concoction, which is considered my own creative dish.
Overall, it is highly recommended. The limited edition chicken soup will change with the seasons. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth it.
This meal cost about 1,200 for two people plus the additional price, but the enjoyment of the meal was only worth it.
