Couple Korean Restaurant is located on Boai Street in Hualien City. Nearby are the famous Yixin Bubble Ice, Boai Street Rice Noodle Soup, Rice Balls, etc.
It is a gathering place for quite a lot of delicious food.

What I enjoyed today was spicy fried rice cake, fried instant noodles, Korean oden and two cups of black tea, totaling 320 yuan.

Spicy rice cake and fried instant noodles:
The rich Korean spicy sauce is a perfect match with the thick Korean instant noodles. There are quite a lot of rice cake strips, about 12 or more.

The texture of a good Korean rice cake can be said to be a hodgepodge of elasticity and tenderness. If not cooked well, it will look like columnar gnocchi that failed to cook.
Of course, the restaurant's cooking quality is quite good.

Korean Oden:
Fish slabs, fish balls, daikon radish and stock.
It seems quite ordinary at first glance, but sometimes after eating something exciting, simple deliciousness can also be quite satisfying.
The texture of the fish slabs and fish balls is quite crispy, and the white radish soaked up with the soup melts in your mouth and has a warm texture.

After enjoying the strong Korean chili sauce, we finish with the light and mellow Korean oden and clear soup. It is a quite satisfying meal.

Overall, it's a delicious Korean restaurant.

It’s a pity that I didn’t enjoy the squid and radish kimchi during this visit. Maybe I’ll visit again next time I have a chance?
