Conclusion: I have tasted the no-menu sushi Itamae that I really like so far🫡

Awesome! Every dish is delicious and keeps ranking in the top three of the day~ The wasabi in the store is sweet and not choking, and it goes very well with sushi~

Yiguan has three price ranges, namely 2500/3800/5500. The ingredients used in different price ranges are different. This is the first time I chose the 2500 one, and it turned out to be a super value for money surprise!

The Yiguan menu will change according to the seasons. This time, Japanese red sea bream is featured throughout, appearing from beginning to end! There are a total of 18 items at the price of 2,500 yuan, and I was really full by the end of the meal. Put the name of the fish under the photo description!

Best of this meal:
Tuna belly: super delicious, with just the right amount of oil, and a faint roasting aroma when it melts in the mouth!

In fact, every dish is full of surprises, and there are many variations so you won’t get tired of it. You can feel the care put into the menu design. My friends who had never finished the sushi menu-less dishes all finished their meals, so they went back and ordered them for next time. I’m really looking forward to challenging 3800!

Ah, I recommend the peach wine in the store, which is delicious and contains fruit pulp! But it is a type with a very low alcohol taste, just like drinking peach juice~ plum wine has a strong alcohol taste!
