Passing by the crowded underground first floor of Banqiao Station, I saw a curry shop with high-quality decoration that attracted attention.
This time I had fried pork cutlet curry.
The curry focuses on Japanese-style curry jointly created by Japanese craftsmen. It is a thick curry with vegetable puree, added with unique stock and spices, and is cooked for 72 hours to present a natural curry with multi-layered flavors. The price is on the high side. But in the cart... just be patient...
I chose Set A, which cost an extra 50 yuan. There were two side dishes, soups or drinks to choose from. The side dishes were actually good to eat alone, and the quinoa and edamame were very sour and appetizing.
Ordering online but not paying online means you still have to queue up, which is a bit of a pity in terms of the process.
It is recommended that guests at the dining table be informed to place their plates back at the counter after finishing their meal, so as not to disturb the next group of diners.
