【Taipei Zhongshan】Dongyin Quick Knife

I went on a weekday evening, originally intending to eat at the neighboring Fuda Steamed Dumplings, but I saw a long line of people waiting continuously. Glancing over, I discovered a famous restaurant that I really wanted to try! Just so happened there was one table left.

I must say their portions are quite small; the bowls and dishes are little, but the food is undeniably delicious~ If you’re not very hungry, I recommend everyone come to try it.

◽ Beef Dried Noodles✨ $160 (small)
＞ Noodle options include thin, wide, or knife-cut noodles
＞ The meat is so big it covers the noodles
＞ Meat interwoven with gelatin, tender!

◽ Signature Noodles $65 (small)
＞ Noodle options include thin or wide noodles
＞ Added butter and sesame sauce, the sauce is moist
＞ Only a few slices of greens included

◽ Meatball Soup✨ $45 (small)
＞ For the first time, I had super large meatballs!
＞ Probably three times the size of ordinary meatballs
＞ Chewy texture, a bit salty
＞ Includes fried onion oil and a few slices of greens

◽ Blanched Greens✨ $45
＞ Based on the vegetables listed on the day’s counter whiteboard
＞ Includes garlic paste and fried onion oil, tastes good

◽ Stewed Snacks✨
(Savory soy sauce flavor, no other spices or medicinal flavors)
＞ Tofu Skin $30 should be a large piece of tofu skin
＞ Radish $30 is stewed white radish and is flavorful 👍
＞ Pork Trotter Tendons $100 equally delicious as beef tendons, but the portion is too small...
