There are a few Japanese ramen shops open in the afternoon on weekdays. The boss is a real Japanese and the employees also look like foreigners. Communication in Chinese is not very smooth. When my ramen soup was served, my friend was exclaiming that the ramen originally came with hot spring eggs (because the original two and a half pieces became four and a half). The clerk actually heard that my friend did not want to add any hot spring eggs 😂 The conclusion is They silently deleted the hot spring egg that my friend ordered, but the extra order was still served to the table. The boss even came to the table to apologize to us. We were full of questions at the moment❓❓
The ramen section is divided into four types of soup:
🔹Beef bone soup series
🔹Beef bone red spicy system
🔹Chicken bone soy sauce series
🔹Kyoto back fat soy sauce series
This time I ordered the chicken bone soy sauce type. The soup itself is quite delicious. The thick chicken stock can be drank all night long without being too greasy. The soup itself has a lot of minced meat, so much that I was impressed. I don’t have much memory about the barbecued pork, it’s just a slice of meat that’s not unpalatable. It is recommended to order hard noodles for noodles. The hard noodles taste the best after being soaked in soup!
The Tang Yang Chicken is pretty average. I prefer fried chicken coated in flour batter, so I can’t give this dish a high rating.
Overall, it’s an okay ramen shop. The training of the store staff could be improved. They didn’t communicate with the customers and it was a bit speechless😑
